Saint Helpers Int. coordinated aid requests, donations, and volunteer shifts through a patchwork of spreadsheets, group chats, and phone calls. Requests for help often sat unanswered for days while the right volunteer or donation was available just a few miles away.

Leadership needed a way to match urgent needs (food, shelter, school supplies) to available resources in real time, without adding complexity for the volunteers already giving their time.

The Solution

We designed and built a coordination platform that intakes aid requests, automatically matches them to nearby volunteers and in-kind donations, and gives staff a live view of every open case. Donors get instant confirmation and a simple way to see the impact of their contribution.

The system runs on the same phones and laptops volunteers already use, so adoption didn't require new hardware or training sessions.

The Result

Within four months, Saint Helpers Int. was reaching 3.2 times more families each month. Average response time on urgent requests dropped from days to under six hours, and volunteer coordinators reclaimed most of the time they used to spend on manual matching.
