How Tareequl-Jannah replaced scattered file-sharing with a learning platform educators actually use.
The Challenge
Tareequl-Jannah creates teaching materials for youth education, but getting those materials into teachers' hands meant emailing large files, managing shared drive folders, and fielding the same requests over and over. Educators often didn't know new material existed until weeks after it was published.
Leadership needed a single place for teachers to find what they needed, without adding a heavy system that would slow the team's own content production down.
The Solution
We built a learning platform organized by subject, age group, and lesson type, with instant search and one-click downloads. Teachers can create a free account to save favorites and get notified the moment new material in their subject goes live.
The content team publishes directly into the platform, so a new resource is discoverable the same day it's finished, not weeks later.
The Result
Resource downloads tripled within the first term after launch, and the team spent far less time fielding one-off material requests by email.
